I’m Lee (she/her). I offer a holistic approach to healing that blends therapy, yoga, and mindfulness to support emotional growth, nervous system balance, and mind-body connection. With over 15 years of experience as a therapist and yoga teacher, I help women, LGBTQ+ individuals, creatives, and helpers find clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Lee’s Personal Pathways into Yoga & Holistic Therapy

Lee (she/her) is a space-holder, yogi, healer, and guide, weaving together movement, breath, mantra, and heart-centered wisdom. For over 15 years, she has walked the path of yoga, not just as a practice, but as a living, breathing devotion.

Lee’s journey has taken her across continents—from the sacred banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, India, to the timeless temples of Egypt—where she has led transformative retreats that invite students to reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and souls. She has co-created and led 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings, nurturing the next generation of teachers to embody yoga as a practice of both spirit and life.

In her classes and trainings, Lee blends flowing movement, mudras, mantra, mindfulness, Hindu mythology, and chakra work, crafting spaces that are simultaneously empowering, playful, and deeply sacred. She invites her students to step into their own truth, carry lessons off the mat, and return to life feeling lighter, more expansive, and more aligned.

A licensed mental health therapist, Lee integrates a somatic, heart-centered approach to healing, helping people reclaim the wisdom held in their bodies and hearts. She guides with devotion, presence, and the quiet knowing that true transformation is born from within.

Lee is a guide for those who seek to move through life fully awake, fully embodied, and fully alive.
