Overview: 11-day Egyptian Yoga Retreat 2024
This unique, spiritual pilgrimage through Egypt will move through the energetic chakra system while visiting the cities of Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, and Hurghada. Highlights include, but are not limited to, visiting Elephantine Island, the temple of Isis, a Nubian village, the Temple of Sobek, The Valley of the Kings, the Karanak temple, Luxor Temple, Temple of Hathor (Dendara), the Red Sea, The Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Also included is a three day stay on a Dahabeya sailboat, a hike and yoga class in the Sahara dessert on the full moon, and a hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the Valley of the Kings!
While exploring Egypt, we will also be taking a spiritual journey through the Chakra system. There will be yoga and meditation classes provided throughout the retreat. Ali meals are included and dietary restrictions and requests will be met! Fresh mangos and dates will be in season! We will have incredible guides that will take us through the history of Egypt as we experience this incredible land, culture and sacred sites.
